Raw Material Selection
High-grade PVC resin and additives sourced from certified suppliers. Every batch tested at IQC before use.
PVC Compound Mixing
Automated mixing with precision additive dosing; color consistency ±2% across batches.
Calendering
High-precision calender forms base sheet at 0.4–2.0 mm thickness, ±0.02 mm tolerance.
Surface Embossing
Custom embossing rollers apply texture or brand logo. 200+ existing patterns; custom roller in 10 days.
Embroidery / Hot Stamping (Optional)
Logo embroidery, stitching patterns, or hot-stamped branding for premium orders.
Inspection & Packing
Every roll inspected (thickness, color, finish) and packed per customer spec before dispatch.
